This happened around here recently. A guy broke into a bunch of neighbors&amp;#39; cars about a block over and stole various CDs and other things. He bragged about it to his girlfriend. The girlfriend was appalled by it all and told the police. These medals are singularly identifiable; her name is engraved on them. Dealers DO care and DO NOT want to deal in stolen property.
