Well, I got into a 32 LZR Elite Jammer in about 45 seconds. It was actually a bit big and long on me....too many wrinkles in it. So I think a 30 will be the ticket. A trick to these is to turn the bottom of the legs out to keep the "grippy rubber strip" off your leg until you get the suit in the right position.

I have heard that a full team was needed to put on a few of the suits in these past Games.

The suits are definitely tight! Last year we got a chance to put on the TYR suits and the swimmers needed partners to get into the suits...

The first time I tried on a Jaked it took 1 hr and without my wife's help I'd still be trying to get it on.

The Speedo video on putting on the LZR shows 2 people helping the swimmer with the zipper.
