The skin on the tip of my nose is inflamed, just a patch really. This isn&amp;#39;t a runny nose, or sinusitis, just the skin. I tried the Aquaphor and it works pretty well (except when I rub it off forgetting why my nose feels strange). May also try the pre-swim products. It&amp;#39;s supposed to help people with skin issues caused by chlorine.  Check it out.
