But I now find kicking on the surface too uncomfortable and kicking underwater is kind of fun (especially with fins). 
 
I&amp;#39;ll do full 25s underwater with fins. I find, however, that there are subtle differences in how I perform the dolphin kick on the surface of the water (i.e., while I am swimming butterfly) and when underwater.  Basically, however, an underwater dolphin kick is equivalent to the kick used in butterfly.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
