here's the story I hadn't thought that there might be money lost by swimmers if their AR doesn't count.I suspect that will lead to lawsuits.

here's the story Only the world records will count. Just read on www.swiminfo.com that times done in the "shiny suits" post October 1st will not count as American records. That means that the ancient Kostoff 800 free record is still on the books.
