And maybe it&amp;#39;s a waste of time but I tried this on Saturday and I at least felt like I was getting a better bite with my feet on my dolphin kick and better &amp;#39;wave&amp;#39; motion of both kicks.

Helps inflating some bf kick flavor to your *** stroke kicking (that&amp;#39;s the first use that pops to my mind).

I&amp;#39;ve not tried just the kicks, but think it might serve the same purpose.  The drill is Dennis Baker&amp;#39;s, not one I cooked up on my own, but it&amp;#39;s proven to be a good one for me.
