There are some clips from the DVD The Three Styles of Freestyle on You Tube.....but it is worth buying the whole thing. The most entertaining DVD on swimming with some extraordinary swimmers demonstrating the different freestyle techniques used in freestyle. Remember, one technique does not fit all swimmers or all distances. Find the DVD on www.theraceclub.com. Gary Sr.
