(Cell phone may be a little too big and heavy to swim with.)

I have a little clear plastic one, about the size of a pack of cards, that's just right for my electronic car door key.

These are great places to check. If you don't have one around, most major outdoor stores will have something. You should definitely check the reviews of anything you buy though, as some items on the market are not as water tight as they claim. You can also check the company that makes pelican cases. I am not sure if they have anything that small for swimmers, but I have always been happy with their waterproof camera cases.

RE: Watertight cases?

SCUBA diving shops are a good source for waterproof cases. Marine supply stores sell them. And Fry's (electronics) sells a variety for use with electronics.

The energy "gels" are sold in fitness stores, bike shops, and grocery stores. The Powerbar brand gels are easy to find in Austin grocery stores right near regular Powerbars.

RE: Watertight cases?

gels go right in the suit. It actually floats, but I leave it on the pool deck with my gear bag.
