No alterations were made, so the NeroComp that you own is now legal once again. No word on any other suit."

Since blueseventy is legal "again", we should have some fun.

At least it's legal until January 2010. That means my amortized cost per competitive event should go down to less than $50 per swim. :applaud:

RE: BlueSeventy is back

Does this mean permanent approval, or just for the rest of this year?

PS does anyone who has a size 28 that has been used a little but not too much want to consider either donating it or selling it cheaply to me?

If so, please contact me via PM!

RE: BlueSeventy is back

Cool, maybe if I can find a deal on the Blue Seventy tights, I might purchase a pair. A deal meaning I get them between $0 and $0.00.

RE: BlueSeventy is back

Patrick W. Cool ... so ... after all this brouhaha, we're pretty much back to anything that's on the market is approved? I didn't scrutinize the list, but were there any notable suits that got rejected again?

Note also that FINA was nebulous on timeframe for the next set of rules ... just 2010.

I'm happy. :)

RE: BlueSeventy is back

Fina Press release
