There is an obsure link on the Rocket Science web page with a suit size chart. I am 6'3" and close to a deuce - depending on my recent caloric intake - and I fit into a size S RocketSkin, compared to a 28 B70. Note that Paul Smith 6'5" and EASILY a deuce-and-a-half fits into a size Small Tall. They run HUGE.

RE: Suit Sizing

Swimoutlet.com carries the Rocket Science suit for men. The LL or XL sound like they might work. And I would guess that it would be easier to put on than the Pro.

I understand your frustration on sizing charts. I rarely fit into anything according to all of them.

They don't stretch like the B70 when you put them on, so I wouldn't want to go too small. I think you might have trouble squeezing certain parts of you into certain parts of the suit, not to mention the potential breathing issues.

But yet thier pull down list has XS, L, LL, XL, XLL, XXL. Hmm........

Soooooo, not sure where XLL and XXL fit as there are no sizing recommendations listed. The XL ones listed look like they are good on the thigh, very tight on the waist and slightly tight on the chest so not sure if I should pursue an XLL or an XXL.

My current measurements:

Height: 6'3"
Weight: 248
Chest (measured at nipple line): 47"
Waist (measured at belly button): 41.5"
Hips: 43"
Inseam- leg (measured groin to ground): 37.5"
Inseam- arm (measured middle of back to wrist): 32"

If anyone is even close to those measurements and swims in an FS-Pro, I would love to get a sizing recommendation from you. Or even sizing recommendations for any of the approved TYR or Rocket Science suits.

Hey, Paul S. do you swim in a Pro and if so what size are you wearing?
Paul, you are more intimately familiar with my LZR sizing problems than you would ever want to be. Speedo said I should wear a small or LS LZR based on their website chart. And I'd say the medium I brought to Clovis was tight based on your and Chris Beach's efforts to zip the dang thing. Who knows man, fishing rods are the same way- they're rated to throw a screwdriver and they're better at throwing a volkswagen. But you know this already. Trying on in advance is a luxury.

RE: Suit Sizing

Hey Andy, are these 2 suits legal now- rocket science full body & speedo fast skin2 / If they are is it a good time buy ?

RE: Suit Sizing

Paul,

I use an FS Pro high neck. I am 6'5" 215lbs. My measurements are smaller in the chest and waist, and longer in the legs...44, 34, 34 respectively.

I have used an XL. Which was a good fit. Although, I felt it was a little loose in the chest because I was getting water in through the neck.

So, I went with a LL and it was so tight the first couple of times I wore it I felt like it was going to explode. But after a few swims it really stretched out and got more comfortable.

Hope this helps.

RE: Suit Sizing

The suit sizes make no sense. With the tech suits, though, height is the main determinant I have found. So, if you are at the tall end of a suit's height range, or have a longer than average torso, order the tall.

I am about 6' 3" but below the magical "deuce" in weight (for now). I wear a 28 in the B70 (it's tight in the length), I wear a Small in the Rocket Skin, and I wear a Medium Long in the Speedo range (FSII, Pro and LZR).

If I were you, I'd order the XL and the XLL and send the wrong one back. Or call Kastaway Swimwear and have them help you with sizing.

RE: Suit Sizing

6'3", 250.
