will real-time results or near real-time results of the SPMA champs be posted? if so, where? Results will be posted here: mastersmvnswim.org/2009ShortCourseChamps.html But they are not up yet... Paul Smith went 51 in the 100 fly today. Too bad his sandbagger buddy was in the heat before and swam a 52. Would have been a decent race. Normally, today is distance day. But the format has been changed. Start time was noon with other events attached to the 1650 which was at the end -10 heats of the 1650! The meet is a bit lower in #s than last year. I think if there is livestream... it will be earlier in the day. The Speedo Grand Challenge finals begin at 5pm. Maybe that is being LS? Heard Lezak won the 50 free 22. and broke his meet record. Sorry, my mind is a total blur with fatigue and its only 9:30pm!

Good luck this weekend ... Hope your weather's cooperative. Thanks. We'll see a smaller crowd than the Pacific meet, and it'll be in the 60s, which is cool by local standards. But it's hard to complain about the pool or the hosts at Mission Viejo.

Go to: mastersmvnswim.org/Main.htm Scroll down the page; find the headline for the SPMA meet; click on that link. Another window should pop open, with a menu for the SPMA meet. On the menu, scroll down to "Psych Sheet" - and click on each of the listed days for the PDF listing. All of the live links seem to be indicated with text that is underlined. The meet timeline also is on this page.
