I am looking for some direction to regainning my fitness level. I would like to eventually join the MESC to swim, but first have to regain my swimming skills. Please offer advice.

As I&amp;#39;m sure others will echo: Why wait to join the Masters team? Unless there are scheduling/$$$ issues, I would encourage you to at least try a couple of practices (I&amp;#39;m sure if you contact them they would love to have to join them). You&amp;#39;ll see results a lot faster if you join a structured program.
