1. More compression/girdle-like effect through the torso. The legs are great, I think you just solved how to avoid failing the &quot;take your marks&quot; test, and the only other thing for me is the water-down-the-suit issue.

My B70 had less compression through the torso than my FS PRo (hi neck) and even LZR (racerback). Perhaps offer long sizes? Maybe this could be solved by wearing a 24L instead of a 26.

2. Racerback body style, priced around $295.95.

I disagree about the legs. Most women I know have trouble fitting the suit high in the crotch because the legs are so tight. Most masters women don&#39;t have stick legs. I do agree about more compression in the torso though.

I had a chuckle over that comment too, Rick.<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Blue 70 Sizing

so i will just wait to make jr nats where they give you a free lzr.

My post was about MY experience, not &quot;some women, most women&quot; - here&#39;s your chance to ask for what YOU want!! My experience with the B70 - legs in particular -was about compression, not length or the ability/inability to steal material for the crotch.

If these improvements/new style choices were offered, i&#39;d consider buying another B70. I&#39;ve given mine away. Until then, or the rules change, I will be buying LZRs.

Post a direct request/wish list for B70 to see!<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Blue 70 Sizing

did anyone stop and think that the &quot;they&quot; he referred to might be his team???

I&#39;m much longer in the torso than big around. I wear a 25L in a speedo fspro and have a 26 blue seventy knee suit. I tried on a 24 blue seventy full leg suit and could not get the crotch in the right place - I needed more thigh room. Sorry for not chipping in a little earlier. The issue with blowouts on the &quot;Butt&quot; &amp; &quot;Thigh&quot; area is down to fitting and really getting the suit high in the crotch area, and also when the suit has been raced in dry. Typically the suit performs and shapes best when wet.

Ideally: Put the suit on, and work the thighs and chest through at least twice. Drop in the pool, get out, and repeat the working up the legs and chest. It is paramount the thighs are fitted high in the crotch.

Being a progressive company we have taken the issues seen re the ripped suits and we are examining patterns and sizing grading in order to investigate any changes for the better.

While i am on-line, is there anything you all as swimmers would like to see in future suit developments? Don&#39;t be shy, anything that gets the wheels of innovation and imagination moving (Within the rules of course)

Thanks all

Deano

Actually, in my discussions with Dean from B70 he believes the issues I had with my swimskin were caused by wearing a suit that was too big. I bought it the last day of LCM nationals and the rep said it was the right size. (Conviently, when I asked about a smaller size she was out of stock.)

Dean replaced my suit, which got runs in the rear after only 1500 meters of swimming. In the process, he felt I may need to go down two sizes. I went down one size after insisting that I&#39;m not quite as lean as your average elite swimmer. Haven&#39;t tried the new one out yet--saving it for zones.

Their customer services is fabulous, so if you&#39;re really not sure what size you need, CALL THEM! They&#39;re good about describing the proper fit, how to make sure you&#39;re putting on correctly and how high to pull the legs. They do give more when wet, so be careful about up sizing.<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Blue 70 Sizing

Why yes:

Interesting ... It&#39;s hard to see how a suit being too big would cause runs on the back side though ... Why did Dean say this could happen?

The customer service is fabulous. The only problem I see is with the warranty. It&#39;s highly unlikely anyone gets 25 swims in in 90 days. In fact, I&#39;ve now had the suit I got for xmas for 30 days and haven&#39;t worn it once.<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Blue 70 Sizing

I went ahead and bought a size 26.
