"Women's swimwear shall be limited to one swimsuit that is of "open back" and "open shoulder" designs that may extend down to the knee." No zipperback suits? There are plenty of training suits, both lycra and polyester, that have zippered backs and don't offer any performance advantage, other than not getting sunburned so much when swimming outdoors. I'm not sure they've thought this through enough.

anyone else see this Ian might have been one of the original double suit wearers scroll down once you arrive on the page what's the issue with going below the knees? This from the country of Ian Thorpe and the full-on body suit?

Wow, this seems to be VERY draconian. To do away with leggings and zip up suits? Thos have been around for HOW long? I can understand the need to limit the newest lineup of tech suits but everything? Plus 18 as the cut off age? That seems a tad bit high to me. And this seems to cover ALL meets involving age group swimmers 18 and under. Good luck with this one.
