Is the second book a new and extended version of the first one? Is the second book a new and extended version of the first one? How are they?
 
I have the 2006 edition and it has a lot of good drills that I use in my workouts. You may be able to find these books in your public library as well as several other books on swimming.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
