Yes, I got it a few weeks ago and love it.  I have not, however, viewed the included DVD yet.  But it is full of great exercises (core and weights) as well as some good sets for finding your 100m pace and max heart rate.  

I recommend it, especially from amazon, which I think is cheaper than your local borders or B&amp;amp;N.
