Is it a kicking problem?

I can run, row, and cycle for 45 minutes with a heart rate of 155-160 bpm. I will refer to that thread in the future. Being a full-time student at the university and striving to train up to 4 hours a day six days a week, I have not had time to search through threads. However, today I stumbled across the aforementioned thread :) Baruch Hashem. :)<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Please help. you probably cant catch the water when you flutter kick
on freestyle you probably work too hard
head might be too high
kick is weak
probably dont have much feel for the water
might be conditioning since athletic fitness is specific
