3 x 2 minute spin at 140 rpm (on a spin bike) - 3 minutes

RE: Anybody ever tried this?

in theory, the higher you can jump the better your starts will be. It&#39;s not a mystery. Polymetirc boxs help alot. Or what ever else helps you jump higher.<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Anybody ever tried this?

Um, 250 jump ropings four times in a row? ha ha ha ha ha. I&#39;m sure it is good for your legs and for your lungs. My version is 15 jumps. Rest. 15 jumps. Rest. For about four times. Usually my pulse is up near 200 by then.

Yes, I am sure the jumping will help you. Just make sure you don&#39;t have a heart attack. Also, maybe don&#39;t do it in your kitchen like I do (on third floor above neighbors&#39; kitchen). Neighbors may wonder what you are doing. Then again, they hear a crash, they come up to help.

See, I care about fellow swimmers.
