It might be too far for you but here is the information. The coach is Joel &quot;Cy&quot; Cyganiewicz. He coached Tracey Caulkins to the Olympics. Right now he coaches me with the age group team I practice with (Occoquan) and he&#39;s excellent.

I am in Sterling and 2 min from Claude Moore Rec Center. There is a 50 meter indoor pool, set up as SCY, and have been swimming there all summer. In the early summer I had seen flyer about a Masters program, but it&#39;s been taken down. Anyone I ask doesn&#39;t know. Does anyone know if a there is a team that practices here? I have seen some quality Masters swimmers train on their own here and there.

If there isn&#39;t a team there then I&#39;d probably go with Reston Masters because they only practice about 15 min away from me. Does anyone on this forum train with them??

Patriot Masters is just too far for me...can&#39;t see how 45 min of driving each way is going to keep me motivated.

There is one in Manassas, but I&#39;m not sure if you would consider that too far or not. If you check out the Virginia section in the forums, you will see information on that.<div style="clear:both;"></div>
