I can do the 50, but I do not want to swim over 30 sec for the 50. I may bust a blood vessell if I try too hard.

I have just signed up for PNA USMS membership. I am going to be brave I am entering the 50 fly and the 50 free. See everyone there.

You can always sign up and then scratch on the day of the meet. That way you can get in and swim during the warmups....
