I think it's interesting how fast these guys go while looking as if they are in cruise mode. I watched PVK set the AR in the 400 Free last month and had no idea what I was seeing until the announcer made it known what was brewing. The 400 will be one of many great races to watch at trials.

That's why I am adding him to the mix in the 400 Free -- his PR is really 4 sec off the other four guys - but that was very impressive. Interesting comments by Eddie R. on the taper for some of the guys - some people just don't like to rest ...
