Thanks so much for this article! I&amp;#39;ve been having alot of problems with hamstring flexibility and this gave me some new avenues to investigate. (I&amp;#39;m actually meeting with sports doc this afternoon so the article will be VERY relavent!)

I can scratch every part of my own back. I can wrap my legs around my own neck. My only not flexible parts, are my alloy and plastic knees. This only affects my turns. I streamline well. I do some calf stretches and that is it. And the answer for about 95% is probably NO. 

I think there is a level of flexibility where more will not make a difference in performance.
