Well, don&amp;#39;t do THAT?


Seriously though, if I have any weird pain or soreness while working out, I try to work around it and leave it alone for a while.  Such as if my left arm doesn&amp;#39;t like the motions of one of the Nautilus machines, I skip that station for a while.

The pain radiated from my eye socket/sinus to my nose. I was concerned that it might be a warning sign of another problem. I noticed when I swam on the surface, after it happened, I was fine and felt strong and healthy.

Is this a pretty common thing that isn&amp;#39;t necessarily anything serious?
