LMAO!  Yes, you crushed us in the relay. If I wasn&amp;#39;t such a *** like our wonderful coach, maybe I would have been able to keep up with Yana on the first 50 and we wouldn&amp;#39;t have gotten crushed by so much.

True, I complained more than usual on Sunday, was just tired I think.  I find it hilarious that my 100 fly is being referred to as &amp;quot;magnificent&amp;quot; because I do my best to avoid that stroke in practice along with the evilstroke.  See, it just goes to show that if you hang around a studly butterflyer long enough, then you&amp;#39;ll improve, it has nothing to do with practice!

That&amp;#39;s exactly what Vibeke Swanson in my age group says.  So if she never shows again, I&amp;#39;m down with that.  Next time, come to LC Zones at U of Md, Jim.  That pool is way more user friendly.  But at least the GMU blocks don&amp;#39;t move.  At the Albatross Meet, the blocks were loose and wiggly, definitely creating an added degree of difficulty.

I also slipped on the 50 free but luckily it was just a slight slip that forced me to push off on the surface.  
 
That metal strip is not very appealing. I&amp;#39;ll swim the bulkhead any day over that wall.

Definitely not.  But I swam much faster with brand new FS Pro hi neck with small rip on Sat. than I did with completely worn out recordbreaker Pro on Sunday.  Hmmm .... what could this mean?!

Oh, and I hate the GMU bulkhead.  I&amp;#39;m only doing the 50 free at the U of Md from now on.
