I think we need to have a talk to Gary..
All this talk about drag and force means nothing, you have to swim from your gut.
I was in a 15 mile race, the water was very cold the wind was very heavy. I was ready to give up sitting in 7th place. My friend Mike was on the feeding barge he came over to me and said "George were is the spirit you had when you beat Clarke Scholes. Show them you can do it." I did I won the race.
