A couple of months ago I was looking up weight training/dry lands for my daughter. The most important thing for a swimmer to do is swim. If time were a problem, I would cut out the dry land or weights and do the swimming. Dry land and weights should supplement your swimming, not the other way around. Just my opinion, others may differ.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
