Anyone know where the results from this meet (from 2008) can be found? They're no longer up on the Alamo Area Aquatics web site and I couldn't find them on the USMS web site either. (The "results" link goes to the Alamo Area Aquatics web site, which no longer has them posted.)

thanks jim I entered the 100 *** but then decided to not swim it since it was close to my 50 fly, I'll be doing more breastroke this summer and in the fall Good 50 *** time Ande. Didn't want to go after the 100 br while you were at it?

I will be there. My pool was closed for the last 2.5 weeks, so I have not been swimming a lot and have had no diving practice. I am going and hoping for the best. Swimming my first 100 IM as an adult, 50 & 100 *** and 50 & 100 free. Thought about a 50 fly, but it is not my strongest stroke and with being out of the pool for so long, did not want to look like a drowning dophin :drown:, so I will do that another time. (I have also lost > 30 pounds since Jan 2nd, so this meet will be an experiment, with a lighter body :banana:, but not enough swimming:cane:):fish2:.

I wish that was my time that was a typing error on who ever entered the data 53.1 was my entry time ande Um, Ande? Is that seed time for you in the 100 Fly correct? :p Paul

Hmmm, my 38th birthday, San Antonio, Tex-Mex food, the Alamo and a big swim meet. Man, I wish it weren't so far from Virginia to Texas! Good luck Ande. I enjoy reading about your quest to equal times from your youth.

I really wish that USMS could somehow work closer with the LMSC's to try and create a calender that doesn't stack state/regional meets on top of each other....I really think that given some effort/thought a schedule could be coordinated that would allow for the people who would like to go to more than one of these meets to do so. Agreed - LMSC's and Zones need to better coordinate these kinds of meets. I find it rather snobby to find LMSCs hosting a LMSC champs meet on the same day/weekend as their Zone meets. I think pretty much everyone wants the three weekends 3-5 weeks from nationals to hold their big meets...

Ande....I wish we could but that is the same weekend of the Arizona state meet (Colorado's as well). Good news however that Mission Viejo will now hold the SPMA champs on April 11-13 so there is one last meet before nationals that should have some quality competition at a great venue.
