I have enjoyed a friendly rivalry in my age group (55-59) with George Bowers over the years. We compete in the 100, 200 and 500 free. I am usually able to just best him at those distances. They never know about it but it is my personal goal.

I sort of have the same strategy, but since I am slow, I started with trying to beat all the 90 year olds during a meet and working my way down the ages. 

I have finally been able to beat all of the people in their 70s, but I can&amp;#39;t seem to pass the 60s.
