Maybe eventually I&#39;ll even be able to do flip turns! Mine was my first ever false start--but then again, I don&#39;t have a whole lot of swim competition experience. But I discovered something about false starts: getting back up onto the pool deck was a bit of an issue for me, heh! Thankfully an official gave me a hand!
