Katie Hoff broke two American Records yesterday. She swam a 9:10.77 in the 100 free to destroy Kate Zeigler&#39;s previous mark of 9:21.57, and she swam a 1:53.77 in the 200 IM.

Her 500 splits were 4:37.02

RE: Katie Hoff!!

I find it humbling to consider that some swimmers are able to swim their second 500 of a 1000 in a time that is minutes faster than I can swim a 500 alone. Amazing.<div style="clear:both;"></div>
