is your choice - you can choose do to a 400 or 500 etc...


Those events are listed in that manner to accomodate all three swim courses.

If you swim in a 25-yard pool, you will swim 
the 500 Free, the 1000 Free, and the 1650 Free.

If you swim in a 25-meter or 50-meter pool, you will swim 
the 400 Free, the 800 Free, and the 1500 Free.
