It was so inspirational...I tried going 300 backs on the 3:30 schedule this morning.
That was a wake-up call. :D

How about the :48 100 free by Ricky Berens towards the end of that set? Sheeesh.<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Where's my thread?

Interesting site. The intervals could be modified, but then it would take more than 40 minutes to finish.

He said he has his distance swimmers do this one sometimes:

10 x (200 on 2:00, 175 on 2:00)

3,750 yards in 40 minutes. People are always looking for a good lunchtime workout here. How about that one? :D

OK, probably a little tough, although change it to a 175 and a 150 both on 2:00 and some masters swimmers could make it. That would make the total 3,250 yards.

hmmm, 200 on 2:00... i guess i am supposed to shave, taper, wear a fs2, cap, fins and paddles, and dive off the blocks to make that one! eek! I&#39;d be surprised if I made the interval any time past the first round, even with all the toys! the 175s would certainly be a challenge on that interval as well. It must have breached the forum rules about advertisements and links which are embedded to the site. Too bad.

Aha. It&#39;s beginning to make sense.

I was meaning to get back to you privately Kirk, but you beat me to it. Hey, I had to run an errand and eat dinner in that time frame. We don&#39;t allow threads to be started to promote a particular product or service. Yours was marginal, but to be fair to others whose threads I&#39;ve deleted, it was taken off. I&#39;m confident you aren&#39;t affiliated with that site and aren&#39;t in line to profit from the post, but it was removed for consistency.

As far as I can tell the site isn&#39;t trying to sell anything, though. There are other threads on here asking &quot;who&#39;s on Facebook?&quot; or &quot;who&#39;s on myspace?&quot; The site I linked seemed pretty similar to those, except it was focused on swimming, but if it violates some rule here, so be it.<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Where's my thread?

Interesting.
