It&amp;#39;s really great if your swimming by yourself or doing long swims (I did several 1-3hours swims back in the spring and loved it for this purpose).  It&amp;#39;s not as easy to use when your doing fast time interval sets, just because its distracting and I had a hard time keeping it on my head with a flip turn at race pace, but thats not to say its impossible!&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
