for those who aren&amp;#39;t quite sure how it works, yes, it pretty much forwards the emails.  if you have an email address that may be a bit embarassing on resumes, applications, rather than getting a new one and telling all your friends to switch, you can have something more professional - at usms.org.  

For example, Bill Clinton is applying for RNC Chairman.  He&amp;#39;s been using elephants_suck@democrat.org since the 80&amp;#39;s when Al Gore invented the internet.  But since he&amp;#39;s a USMS member, he signs up for the alias William.Clinton@usms.org, which looks a lot less hostile on his RNC app.
