I do not have the complete list, but the following are part of the 2008 IMSHOF class. Swimming: Maria Lenk (BRA/USA) Jim McConica (USA) Robert Strand (USA) Diving: Ibone Belausteguigoitia (MEX) All total, I believe there will be 3 men, 3 female swimmers, and then 3 from the other category (open water, synchro, diving, water polo, coach and contributor)

Like Rob, I remember them announcing the finalists but the only name I remember for sure was Jim McConica. They announced the “Class of 2008” at the IMSHOF induction ceremonies, but I don’t recall the names, it must have been the wine and lack of sleep… I’d suggest you contact Bruce or Meg at the ISHOF; they should be able to provide the list. The induction of the 2007 master swimmers is tonight. Does anyone know who has been elected to go in the Hall in 2008????? I know for a fact it's not me.:cry: Donna
