Initially, several people had GPS&#39;d it and told me it was 18, but it&#39;s not, it&#39;s 20.6.

Recovery swims are just basic miracles in their own right. This goes beyond the &quot;cool down&quot; after a hard or long workout/swim. Recovery swims repair so much and in such a short amount of time. Plus, as you know, the day after a recovery swim, you feel &quot;Powerful&quot;. Amazing thing. I&#39;m having to use recovery swims an awful lot right now (LOL). Moving toward 8 miles later this month (may have more recovery swims than real workouts LOL).

So glad you are using them, too!!!:applaud:<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Recovery Swims

Donna,

Recovery swims are a recent treasure discovery of yours truly. I always tried to get right back in the swing of things after something long or a long meet. Wow, big mistake. I now value that recovery swim.
