Thanks for the info, Jeff. Very helpful. One more question..... In my mind, these tech suits should be the equivalent of shaving without the shave. Is this an accurate assumption?

The suits will continue to repel water until the point they become "worn out". I'm sure there could be some distance limitations, but it appears to be more of a number of times wet/dry thing. Having both kinds of suits, I think the pro is better suited for the longer life of long distance swims. It does take some getting used to though.
