I started printing some workouts from the workout section, and really have liked them.  They keep things more mixed up and entertaining. For relays it&amp;#39;s different…can&amp;#39;t remember the order right now.

As far as total body workouts, if you can swim all four strokes I&amp;#39;d say go for it. However, I&amp;#39;ve read here and there that with breastroke it&amp;#39;s better to do more drill work. Maybe some breastrokers can chime in here.

Swimming will get you in good upper body shape but you might want to do some dryland training for your legs and core.
