Way to go George!

Are you interested in swimming relays at all? If so I&#39;ll let you know who the PNA relay coordinator is (once I know). I imagine we&#39;ll have a pretty large PNA contingent at the meet and we&#39;re always looking for good relay swimmers!<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: 2008 Long Course Nationals

Are you interested in swimming relays at all?

Actually, no JL, LCM Nationals are in Portland, Oregon. Colonies Zone LCM Championships are at Univ of Maryland one week later and that meet does not require qualifying times to swim. Only USMS National events require qulifiying times and that is only to be able to swim a total of 4 to 6 events. Any registered USMS swimmer can swim 3 events in a USMS Nationals meet regardless of times.
