I will be spending most of my time in XinZhu (Shi-Chu) and I would love to find a pool or a masters team to work out with. This area is also close to Taoyuan. The tealit website was great. I think when I get to the summer camp, I will have a better idea of where swim pools are.

Thanks for the replies.<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Taiwan Pools/Master swimming

Mausy,

I too have recently started swimming again and am also looking to get into Master&#39;s competition. I do know they do occur because once I met some masters swimmers at a pool I used to swim at and they told me they were going to compete. This was about two years ago and at that stage I hadn&#39;t started training properly so I never went. Since then I have changed pools and haven&#39;t met up with them again. Admittedly I haven&#39;t really asked around much but as soon as I find out I will let you know. By the way have you checked out the Teaching English and Living in Taiwan website tealit.com ? It would be worth your while if that is what you are planning on doing.
