I can swim at the &quot;Y&quot; and go easy pace non stop 1000yds

At the High School I went 300yds non- stop and thought I wasn&#39;t going to make it. It was hard. I thought I was going at an easy pace. Maybe I was going faster than I thought.

Example: H.S. workouts in evening, Y swimming in a.m.? What about the day of the week? Differences in your diet? Do the Y workouts come after a rest or recovery day? What about the H.S.? After more than 1-2 day break? Are you maintaining the same pace at both pools? What about sharing lanes? Are you more crowded at the H.S. with a lane to yourself at the Y? Is your warm up routine the same or different?

These are all things that will affect how you feel in the water.<div style="clear:both;"></div>
