CoolUserName - I want to apologize to you for hijacking your thread! Try doing scapular strengthening exercises and rotator cuff exercises. Where to begin ... There are a zillion threads on shoulder pain, CoolUserName. Very cool, BTW. If you&amp;#39;re having pain between your shoulder blades though that suggests you need to strengthen your scapular muscles. Are you doing RC and scapular strengthenging stuff before attempting this stroke? The relevant exercises are in all the shoulder threads. Weights? Are you stretching properly? Do you/have you done a lot of fly in the past? Stroke defects? Asked a PT for exercises? This could literally take all night, and I&amp;#39;m supposed to be getting to bed early. ROFL. Sorry you&amp;#39;re in pain.  Fly rocks.  Wish I could do it more.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
