Yet there is the turn to navigate. I have rolled and flipped before so I&amp;#39;m not psyched out by it...just need the workings from the back stars here.

If you turn over and your right arm is up you can take that stroke. Technically, the turn needs to be continuous so if you are far out pull VERY SLOWLY and kick like crazy. 
 
One meet I totally misjudged the turn on my 200IM and I was on top on the wall practically when I turned so I got into the tightest ball possible and scrunched up and fliped ... I could see the official laughing at me when I pushed off.
 
IF you flip onto your stomach YOU MUST flip turn.
 
So in my wording the pull is part of the flip...that&amp;#39;s not hard...just gotta practice...
