But I&amp;#39;m not in a taper or anything, so starting today I will back-off on the intensity of my workout, but not necessarily the yardage until tomorrow and Friday will just be a long swim.  I didn&amp;#39;t have a very good base from the season as one might have thought--i think that was a major component on why my times did not come down this season, I just never got in shape.  So I am more focused on getting back where I should have been strenght and fitness wise than I am tapering and getting ready for meets.  Hopefully my times at this meet will be decent just because I have been working hard and such. :-D
