green jell-o foot bath (allow it to set up) flip flops year round (your co-workers will understand) might as well use that purple anti-nail fungus stuff also as a preemptive measure.

Zeasorb-AF (Anti-Fungal) powder works when I have a flare-up. It's available without a prescription (like John Madden's Tinactin). I apply it directly to the affected area of the foot and rub it in good after carefully drying the feet. Oh, and like they say in the service... keep your socks dry!

That stuff that John Madden endorses (I can't remember the name....Tinactin..maybe...:confused: ) has worked for me in the past. Or go to the doctor and get some prescription cream. But mostly what Lainey said, make sure you wash and dry your feet regularly.
