Because I am a right side breather and always have been, this puts a great amount of load on the left arm (the supportive arm) when you breathe on the right.  That arm is supporting your body during the breathing and is a lot of torque over and over again.  This is one of the reasons I am trying to breathe on the left to give that arm and shoulder a rest.

That is always one of the &amp;#39;key&amp;#39; diagnosis questions docs (GP&amp;#39;s) seem to ask when trying to figure out whether or not to send you on to a specialist.

No, I haven&amp;#39;t had that kind of pain before, but I have definitely had pain that I let go too long before seeing a doctor!
