Its 18... I try and try.... reaching out as far as possible, making sure of a full pull by making sure my thumb grazes my thigh. But I can&amp;#39;t seem to lower my stroke count.

Forearm position?  Vertical or dropped elbow?

How is your kick?

Body position?  Low head with legs at surface?

If you&amp;#39;re fairly short it sounds reasonable to me.  I&amp;#39;d say work to keep it long, but don&amp;#39;t go overboard just to reduce your stroke count.  Janet Evans took a lot of strokes per length and she did O.K. :)&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
