Has anyone ever had any trouble with ankle? Front part of the ankle?

Im experianceing pain in that place lately. The only conection that Im able to make is swimming related. I think that something is going on in that place while swimming. Never had a foot cramp, had cramps in the calf when playing waterpolo from jumping off the bottom and trying to hide it from the referee. Foot cramps usually come from forcing the foot to point. The ankle and foot should be relaxed and not in a forced to point.
