I apply it to my hair before putting my cap on. I can tell that it stays on my hair for the entire workout, because it takes two washes before my shampoo will lather afterward.

In the summer we swim outdoors in warm-to-hot water, so I wear a lycra cap to help keep me cooler. Lycra caps are just cloth, so the water goes right through them. The Swim Cream stays on even with the lycra cap!<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: My Hair Hurts!!!

Hi,

Aveda has a product called hair detoxifier...I have used it since I was little....seems to help a bit. I alternate that with a regular shampoo.
