Quality, not quantity is key. Try to do a race pace set of 12.5&amp;#39;s, 25&amp;#39;s, 50&amp;#39;s or 100&amp;#39;s with lots of rest at least once a workout. Everything is race pace or warm up/cool down. One day is sprints,like 25s on the min,one day is like 50s on the 2 min at 100 pace,one day is like 100s on the 3:30 at 200 pace,the fourth day is whatever I feel needs the most work. This seems to work for me.
